Billing : 

A-AAmazing Transportation & Car Service drivers are prohibited from soliciting gratuities. However in most places in the US, the gratuity for driver is 20% of the amount charge.

Flat-Rate Rides : 

A-AAmazing Transportation & Car Service has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and specially Airports.
Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved vehicle. After a ten (10) minutes grace period on all, there is a $1.00/min or $50/hour charge for waiting.

Cancellation and no-show fees :

Cancellations made 48 hour before the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded 100%. Any cancellations made later than that will NOT be refunded.

You can cancel the reservation online by sending us an email at skyharborlimousine@gmail.com or by calling our customer service at (770) 695-0188 before 24 hour of the scheduled pick-up.

Additional : 

All deposits are NON refundable 24 hour before the scheduled trip. Company is fully responsive in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter.
Any fines will be paid for by the customer.

The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles, in case of violation a fee of $150.00 will be collected for compensation of details and off-work of the vehicle for a certain period of time. 

Not responsible for delays or the termination in summer time caused by excessive rain and unsafe road conditions (ie. late flight, weather, road conditions and breakdowns, etc.).

A-AAmazing Transportation & Car Service assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle. However, we do have a safe place to storage all items left and found in our vehicles so, you can collect your belongings by giving us a call but delivery charges will be applicable.
